Shore & Vine combines Silver Shore House and Vineyard House—two complete neighboring homes rented together under one reservation. It’s ideal for extended families, multiple couples, wedding groups, reunions, or friends who want to stay together without sharing every living space.

--The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 12 guests without requiring the sleeper sofas. Maximum occupancy is 12.

🍳 Kitchen & Coffee

Your group will have 2 full kitchens, one in each home, so there’s plenty of space for shared meals, separate breakfasts, or different schedules.

Each kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. We also provide starter coffee, creamer, sweetener, cooking spray, salt, and pepper.

Please note: neither kitchen has a dishwasher.

With 2 living rooms, your group can gather together or spread out when everyone wants a little space.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
